Using the May Mobility app is easy. Simply download the app and find the nearest pick-up location. Request a vehicle and, if needed, enable the "Wheelchair Accessibility" option to ensure you get a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. The app will notify you when a May Mobility vehicle is on its way and when it arrives. Upon arrival, confirm it's the correct vehicle, scan the QR code inside, and hop in. For wheelchair users, an Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO) will assist with boarding and securing the wheelchair.
